MSIng carried out all service phases of the structural design according to HOAI (LP 1-8) independently. MSIng was also commissioned with the technical and commercial management of the planning consortium, consisting of property planners, HLSE planners and outdoor facilities planners. MSIng was the sole contact for the client.
